How often should i use a conditioner?

I'm an asian guy and i have straight hair. im trying to grow out my hair like this guy.

i wash my hair everyday because if i dont my hair will get greasy and smelly. after washing my hair with shampoo only my hair gets frizzy and it gets hard to comb it down. also what kind of conditioner do you recommend using that will leave my hair soft?

make sure you are putting in the shampoo first.. and then when you have the conditioner in it .. in the shower.. or whatever .. brush it and it should make it ten times easier. when you go to the hairdresser next.. take the photo's to her/him and ask them to cut it that way bcause there hair has been cutt differently to yours.. anywhoo.. yea wash it like every two days if you say it gets greasy .. well i duno i wash my hair like once every 4 days .. and its fine but im not you obviously i would ask the hair dresser to reccomend it cause she can see your hair and probably know what to do as she should be qualified =] unless theres somehairdresser onhere who can tell you .. and there super smart.. im just saying what i know =] hope all goes well .bibi xx
