Asian adaptation???

Ok ok, I know humans have adapted over the ages to better survive in their environment like people with more hair in the north, darker skin where is hot etc. but I don't understand why asian people have "stretched" eyes! I mean what is the reason !

Asian adaptation???

They don't have "stretched eyes." They have an extra layer of fat under their eyelids which makes them fold differently and gives them their characteristic almond shape. It is thought that the reason for the extra layer of fat was to protect their eyes from the extreme cold of the upper Himalayan regions.
