How to remove brassy tones in blonde highlights?

I had my hair highlighted 2 weeks ago. I'm asian and I have black hair. I had auburn lowlights, carmel highlights, then went back to salon to add dark golden blonde highlights(no charge for blonde hi-lites). I was surprised on how much blonde she put in my hair, so i went to a different salon to get lowlights (dark brown) weaved into blonde hi-lights. It looked great! But the blonde hi-lights are starting to look brassy. My husband likes it the way it is but i dont want to put anymore lowlights . Is there any hair product that could tone down /remove the brassiness?

How to remove brassy tones in blonde highlights?

the brassiness is being caused by product build up that sits on top of your hair. If you use a clarifying shampoo once a week that should strip all of that build up off and leave your highlights shiny. try a shampoo bar from lush called seanick, it uses sea salt and citrus oils to clean your hair but as it uses no chemicals it won't strip the colour from your hair.

Hiya, well the best and cheapest thing i recommend is getting a product called color fresh, its made by wella, and go for an ash tone it will instantly take away the brassiness, it is just a rinse so it wont do any damage to your hair, good luck and hope you like it as much as i do, iv been using it on clients for years who have had the same problem

If you have any questions etc about the product mail me and ill help you out as much as i can
