Assuming you aren't happy with your natural color or just looking to change it for fun, I'd go with a brown tint. Blues and greens may make you look demonic. haha. You could TRY a blue on, but although it will be dramatic, you will constantly get asked if that your natural eye color.

Green would compliment the color of your skin. Blue would pop out and say hello.

Unless the lenses will be used for vision purposes, try sticking with your natural color (which is most likely brown). Any blues/greens wouldn't compliment your skin tone like you think. Learn to love your natural color, it's a lot more beautiful than you think.
